Configure The Configure Phase of OPTAS® is designed to identify solutions to the business problems that were identified in the Discover Phase. A disciplined methodology that is based on "Total Systems Thinking" is deployed here. Experience has shown that even when the performance of an individual business process is optimized, the overall performance of the total system may be sub-optimized, because of the relationships that exist between individual business processes.
