Assessment During the Assessment Phase of OPTAS®, the data collected during the Discover phase is analyzed, an interim report is prepared, and the results are presented to the project team. Much of the data used here is extracted during the development of the enterprise flow charts. Because detailed data is needed to construct low-level flow charts, the project team becomes very familiar with the company's business, which helps to identify issues that need to be resolved.
